Line Cook - Southfield

Heart of the House Hospitality (HotHH) is looking to IMMEDIATELY HIRE cooks for some of the largest hotels in the Southfield, MI area.
Housekeepers should be able to:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the hospitality staff.
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions.
- Have flexible schedule.
- Be able to work weekends
- Be available for 40 hours + overtime if needed.
